The Validity Of Buying And Selling Through The Code System On The Shopee E-Commerce Platform Based On A Civil Law Perspective

Abstract

Generally someone in the current era uses e-commerce such as shopee for the process of buying and selling goods and others, this platform also provides many conveniences for its users, one of which is the cash on delivery (COD) system or payment when the goods have been received, this platform also does not limit the age to make transactions through the COD system, for this convenience, a problem arises where many consumers buy and sell with the COD system but are reluctant to pay for various reasons, causing losses to the seller, by this in this journal will discuss how the validity of buying and selling on the shopee e-commerce platform by minors in terms of civil law.
