Review Of Corporate Law On The Implementation Of The Principles Of Good Corporate Governance In The Management Of Limited Liability Companies
Main Article Content
Abstract
This study aims to examine the regulation of Good Corporate Governance principles in Indonesia and to identify various legal obstacles affecting their implementation. The research employs a qualitative research method. The findings indicate that the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in Limited Liability Companies remains largely normative and ineffective due to weak sanctions, the dominance of controlling shareholders, and low legal awareness. Therefore, strengthening regulatory frameworks and law enforcement is necessary to ensure that GCG functions substantively in protecting shareholders and promoting corporate sustainability.
